Ask a Librarian

Useful Tip: If you don't find an answer, fill out the form and you will receive an email response from a Chico librarian.
Q

Are there printers available for printing a paper?

I want to know if I need to bring a printer or if I can print things out at the library.

Answer

Yes, you can print your paper in the library. Computers in the Library and Labs print to a networked print center in the area. The cost is .10 cents per page. To print from these computers you will need to have money on your Wildcat Card or purchase a Guest Card for $1 and then add enough extra to cover the cost of your print job.  The Rapid Graphics Copy Center, on Meriam Library's second floor, can also help with your copying and printing needs. They only accept Wildcat cards, ATM and Credit and Debit Cards (Visa & MasterCard only) for transactions over $2.00, as well as personal checks. Cash is no longer accepted for payment.
