I am a Distance Education student and I don't have a Library ID to request articles from the Interlibrary Service. What should I do?

Answer

When filling out the New User Registration form, there is a field that asks for the Library ID number from your Wildcat card. You can leave this blank or put "n/a" because Distance students do not always have a physical ID card.  Be sure to indicate your status as "Distance/Graduate" or "Distance/Undergraduate". If you come to campus for orientation pick up a Wildcat card at that time. Also, be sure to indicate your CSU Chico email address.

If you encounter further problems, please contact Interlibrary Services through the phone number or email address listed on the library page for Chico Online & Distance (CDOE) students: http://www.csuchico.edu/library/ill/cdoe.html .
