Answer

If the book is already overdue, it is not possible to renew it online. Please contact the Circulation & Reserve Department at 530-898-6501 or by email at mlibcirc1@csuchico.edu.

If the book is not yet overdue, you can renew books, DVDs, and Kindles online one time, provided no other patron has requested the item. After the first online renewal, the item will need to be brought to the Circulation & Reserve counter on the first floor of the library. Reserve items are in a special category; they need to be renewed in person by the patron who originally checked out the material.
